Anytime & 1x/day visits are usually between 12 PM & 4 PM

2x/day visits are between 8 AM-11 AM and 5 PM-8 PM

**We do NOT offer exact arrival times due to possible inclement weather, pet emergencies, traffic, pet accident cleanups and other issues that may not be within our control. Holidays we may have extended working hours at our discretion.

We exclusively serve cats because cat care requires specialized knowledge. As the only cats-only specialists on the Northshore, we understand cat behavior, health, and stress signals that general pet sitters miss. Your cat gets expert care, not just a feeding.

Getting Started: New Client Consultation

Before your first visit, we schedule a consultation to meet you and your cat(s), review care instructions, and answer any questions. Our consultation package is $75 and includes a lockbox for secure home access.

Holiday Pricing:

Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day New Year’s Eve New Year’s Day, etc.) are billed at 1.5x the regular rate to compensate our team holiday pay for working on these special days. Full payment due immediately upon booking. No refunds or credits.

Booking & Payment:

Deposit: A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your first scheduled visit.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 7+ days in advance will a service credit (minus the deposit) for use towards future bookings.
Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will forfeit the full payment.
